Jalebi is most popular sweet from Indian cosine. Jalebi made throughout India. It is traditional sweet dish which is impotent part of lots of festival and celebration. Especially in wedding ceremony, Independent days, republic day. It made from all purpose flour which fried in oil and soak in sugar syrup.
Here i made instant recipe which does not take more time. In Maharashtra Jalebi eat with matta.

By mistake you add more water add maida to thicken batter.
Ingredients
For making batter -
- • ½ cup of maida /all purpose flour
- • 1 tbsp corn flour
- • 1 tbsp yogurt
- • ½ tbsp eno fruit salt
- • ¼ tbsp lemon juice/vinegar
- • Pinch of turmeric powder or yellow food color.
For making sugar syrup -
- • ¾ cup sugar
- • 1/3 cup of water
- • ½ tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Make sugar syrup
- Take ¾ cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of water in pot keep it on medium heat.
- When it start to boil slow down the heat for 5 min or until syrup get single thread consistency.
- And then add 1/2 tbsp of lemon and stir well.
- Sugar syrup is ready.
Make batter
- Take ½ cup of Maida. Add 1 tbsp of corn flour and 1 tbsp of yogurt mix it well.
- Then add water, ¼ tbsp vinegar mix well make pour able thick batter add pinch of turmeric powder for color.
- Add 1/2 tbsp eno fruit salt and mix it well.
- Now take ketchup bottle pour batter in that.
Make Jalebi
- Heat up oil in kadhai. Keep on medium heat.
- Turn ketchup bottle upside down and squeeze it to form nice and round swirls in the oil.
- Fry jalebi from both sides until it becomes golden in color.
- Remove it from boiling oil and put it on towel paper to reduce and soak oil.
- Soak jalebi in warm syrup from both side and remove in dish.
- Jalebi is ready to eat

For making jalebi batter we need maida or all purpose flour, corn flour, yogurt, eno fruit salt, lemon juice or vinegar, turmeric powder or yellow food color.
And for sugar syrup we need sugar, water, lemon juice.
Make sugar syrup
Take ¾ cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of water in pot keep it on medium heat.
